Objective:To discuss the effects of FSH receptor at position680and position307gene polymorphisms on ovarian response and outcomes in IVF-ET patients.Methods:DNA was extracted from leukocytes from the peripheral blood of90women who underwent an IVF-ET cycle, Following amphification and sequercing of genomic DNA,the FSHR gene of position680and position307was examined.In the COH,the ovarian response and the outcomes from different gene were compared and analyzed.Results:1.Among the90women,the proportional distribution of genotypes in FSH receptor gene at position680is Asn/Asn50.0%、 Asn/Ser37.8%、Ser/Ser12.2%; the proportional distribution of genotypes in FSH receptor gene at position307is Thr/Thr(T/T)52.2%、 Thr/Ala(T/A)35.6%、 Ala/Ala(A/A)12.2%.2.There is a linkage disequilibrium between FSHR allele at position680and position307,the proportional distribution of haplotype is TN66.1%、 TS3.9%、 AN2.8%及AS27.2%;3. The basal FSH of Ser/Ser group and Ala/Ala group was significantly higher than that in the other FSHR genotype groups (P<0.05).4.FSHR gene polymorphisms of position680and position307does not seem to influence pregnancy rate.Conclusion1. Among the different race, the proportional distribution of haplotype TN and AS is high;among the Asian, the proportional distribution of Ser/Ser is low.2.The gene of Ser/Ser at position680and Ala/Ala at position307may play an significantrole in ovarian poor response.3. The gene of FSH receptor at position680and position307does not seem to influence pregnancy rate.
