| Objective: To find the influencing factors0n rHuEPO hypo-responsiveness, thispresent study observed the treatment situation of renal anemia in maintenancehemodialysis patients. Methods: Clinical features of189maintenance hemodialysis patients merge renalanemia from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University wereenrolled between October2010till December2011, exclude rHuEPO and Ferrom notenough, on the basis of the Hb, the189patients were divided into Aã€Bã€C three groups.Nutritional evaluation included BMIã€RBCã€Hbã€Hctã€Albã€PABã€CHOLã€TGã€HDL-Cã€LDL-Cã€TSã€SFã€Ca2+ã€P3+ã€nPCR. Correlated indexes of hemodialysisadequacy Kt/V and PTH,correlated indexes of microinflammation CRP and PCT weredetermined in all the subjects. The relevant factors were analysed, to find theinfluencing factors0n rHuEPO hypo-responsiveness.Results:189maintenance hemodialysis patients included103males(54.5%)and86female(s45.5%).The mean age was(57.28±12.96)years, and the mean dialysis timewas (40.49±21.46) months. The189patients were divided into three groups:groupA(81cases)ã€group B (61cases)ã€group C (47cases). There were showingsignificant difference in RBC〠Hctã€Albã€PABã€CHOLã€nPCR comparison amongthree groups(P<0.05), while There was no significant difference in FE%ã€SFã€TGã€HDL–Cã€LDL–Cã€Ca2+ã€P3+ã€ageã€sex BMI comparison. RBCã€Hbã€Hct in diabetesmellitus group and use ACEI/ARB group showed a lower level (P<0.05). Kt/V hadpositive correlation with RBCã€Hbã€Hct. PTHã€CRPã€PCT had negative correlation withRBCã€Hbã€Hct. Furthermore, multiple logistic regression analysis showed that diabetesmellitus〠PTH〠CRP〠ACEI/ARB are the more important predictor of thehypo-responsiveness(P<0.05). Conelusion:1. Diabetes mellitusã€Albã€PABã€CHOLã€nPCRã€PTHã€CRPã€ACEI/ARB are factors related to hypo-responsiveness.2. Diabetes mellitusã€PTHã€CRPã€ACEI/ARB are the more important predictor of the hypo-responsiveness. |
