Advantage Analysis Of Clinical Application Of Common Gynecological Surgery By Abdominoscope

Objective:To discuss cinical advantage of comparing gynecological laparoscopicsurgery between open surgery.Methods:The study selection May2009~2012March in the department ofgynaecology and obstetrics of dalian medical university hospital affiliated2whereoophorocystectomy and side accessories resection done141cases of patients forresearch object. Divided into two groups,used laparoscopic surgical treatment for76cases is the observation group,and open surgery for65is control group.The patients ofthe two groups are both gynecological single disease,no medical surgical complication,preoperation and postoperation without blood transfusion,benign disease, and there areno significant differences among gravida, para and operation history.Compare twooperation’s time,boold loss in operation,postoperative body temperature, gastoiestinalanus exhaust time,postperative hospitalization time and application of sedative, inc sionand patient’s psychological condition.Results:Laparoscopic surgery compared with traditional open surgery,observation of operation time short,less boold loss in operation,light postoperative pain,less suffering and heating rate,quicker recovery of gastrointestinal function and horterhospitalization time etc,that all were significant different.Conclusion:Gynecological laparoscopic surgery has the advantage of minimallyinvasive of small incision,less physical damage,less pain, shorter hospitalizationtime,quick postoperative recovery,returning to normal life and work in short time etcand that would create a good social benefits to be used widely.
