According to the symptoms laparoscopic cholecystectomy days than3daysare divided into groups (early scores) in352cases,>3days group171examples (delaytreatment). Results: During the early352cases of complications (3.1%),1cases of transitopen (0.58%),171patients with delayed operative complications (2.7%),1cases werechanged over to laporotomy (0.28%), the early group complications and transfer rateand a similar delay open group, but the average of patients with early operation time, the length of time the obvious shorter than the delay groups.
