| Objective:To compare and discuss the clinical application and follow-up resultsof proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) and dynamic hip screw(DHS) in treatmentof femoral intertrochanteric fracture in43elderly cases. Methods:Look back to analyse a total of43elder patients of femoralintertrochanteric fracture Cured by surgery in The second Affiliated Hospital of DaLianMedical University From march,2008to december,2011.We divided all the patients intotwo groups. A total of21patients were treated by dynamic hip screw(DHS). A total of22patients were treated by proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA). All patientscarry on statistics analysis to the patients incision length, the time of operation, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative Shimoji activity time, clinical healing time offracture, postoperative hip function recovery, postoperative complications observeditems, etc. All data are used SPSS13.0software analysis package for statistical analysis. Results: The two groups of patients were successfully completed operation, postoperative incision were I healing period, no incision infection. The42patients werefollow-up postoperatively. DHS group and PFNA group at operation time, bleedingvolume, etc There were significant differents(P<0.05)ComPared with the DHS group,PFNA group shorter at operative time, the bloodloss in surgery. In the bony healing time, PFNA group is shorter than that of group DHS,to compare differences, there was not statistical significantce(P>0.05), in thepostoperative complications, DHS group appeared in1cases of coxa vara; group PFNAno coxa vara. The two groups were no femoral head neck cut out, recurrent fracture. Inthe postoperative complications, postoperative hip score of Harris, PFNA group weregraded as good, but the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:The treatment with proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) for theold osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures is a reliable method which has significanteffects... |
