| Objective This article aims to analyze the clinical data of patients with type2diabetes, explore the influencing factors of lung function changes, and provide the basis for clinical intervention. Methods Use Japanese Chest8800lung function instrument to get determination of type2diabetes without complications group30cases, type2diabetes with complications group41cases and the control group37cases of lung function, use automatic biochemical analyzer to get determination of liver function, blood lipids, blood biochemistry level and so on. Observe changes of these groups in lung function. Results FVC (forced vital capacity), FEV1.0(first second forced expiratory volume), DLco (carbon monoxide diffusing capacity) in Type2diabetes patients without complications group and type2diabetes with complications group compared were lower compared with the control group, C-reactive protein was higher than the control group. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that FEV1.0and insulin resistance index was significantly negatively correlated (P<0.05), DLcO and diabetes microvascular complications integral was a significant negative correlation (P<0.01).Conclusions Lung function in patients with type2diabetes is lower compared with healthy control group, these changes may related with age, microvascular and neurologic complications.Improve insulin resistance and oxidative stress might improve lung function of patients with type2diabetes. |
