Objective: Autism is a serious wide developmental disorders of children’s infancy(PDD), and the incidence of the disease is increasing year by year. The cause has notbeen clear, rehabilitation treatment is the more effective method, and needs continuoustreatment for the lifelong. Therefore,"early detection, early diagnosis and earlytreatment", which are the three early principles of the key to treatment and rehabilitationof the autism. How to found and diagnosis early, which is quite important to thetreatment and prognosis of rehabilitation. Based on the particularity of the children’sdisease, parents’s summarize of the history and the childen’s behaviors of observing isvery important to the clinical diagnosis of autism. Therefore personal characteristics andsentiment types of the parents of children with autism, which influence the autism’searly detection and clinical diagnosis or not? After looking up the latest relatedliterature domestic and overseas, which are not detailed reports. In this paper, wecollected and analysis the general character of the parents and emotional statistics of the60autistic children and their parents, this paper discusses the relationship betweencharacter tendency and emotional factors of parents and autistic’s early found anddiagnosed, to guide future clinical diagnosis and provide the related basis. Methods: The general data of60patients with autism, under the same professionalguidance, father or mother of patient with autism fill in autism screening scale (ABC),YiSenKe personality questionnaire (EPQ), symptoms since the rating scale (SCL-90),and complete autism diagnosis scale (CARS) in their parent’s help by the same medicalpersonnel. then input the statistical data into SPSS, use SPSS17.0software to dostatistics describe,to test the data whether is normal distribution or not, analysis thecorrelation between the various factors. When two variables accordde with double normal distribution hypothesis, use the Pearson to describe the related correlation; whentwo variables did not accord with double normal distribution hypothesis, use theSpearson rank correlation to describing the related correlation between each other. Pbetween the correlations of all variables, if P <0.05, then there was correlationbetween two variables.Results:1. There was statistically significant between the autism screening scaleABC and the score of P and N of the autistic parents’ tendencies characteristic scale(EPQ),and they had significant correlation, P <0.05.2.There was statistically significant between autism screening scale ABC scoredand the score of somatic and hostil symptoms of autism parents SCL-90body,they bothhad significant correlation, P <0.05; And significantly correlation with the score of theforced symptoms, they both had significant correlation, P <0.01.3. There was no statistically significant between Autism auxiliary diagnosis scalescores of CARS and the autism parents character; there was statistically significantbetween Autism auxiliary diagnosis scale scores of CARS scored and the score ofdepression and divide symptoms of autism parents SCL-90body,they both hadsignificant correlation, P <0.05; And significantly correlation with the score of thescore of symptoms and anxiety symptoms, P <0.01.4. There was statistically significant between the score of P and N of the autisticparents’ tendencies characteristic scale (EPQ) and the scores of every factors of SCL-90scale in the body, they all statistically significant, P <0.05.Conclusions:1.The early detection of autism(1)There was correlation between the nervousness and emotional stability ofparents and the autism early detection. Therefore, after doing character analysis, weshould ask for details of the history and careful screening when the parents haveneurotic and emotional instability, combined with auxiliary examination to improve theautism’s screening.(2) There was correlation between the somatic symptoms, forced body symptomsand hostile symptoms score of parents’ emotional factors and autism early detection. Therefore, if the score of symptoms aboved in the SCL-90was higher (quartile dividetwo points),we should screening autism again after parents of children have stable moodagain to improve the ratio2. The diagnosis of autism (1) There was no correlation between each factor of parents’ character of childrenwith autism of and diagnosis and diagnosis.(2) There was correlation between the emotional factors of somatic symptoms, forced body symptoms, depressive symptoms, and anxiety symptoms of the parents ofchildren with autism and diagnosis. Therefore, if the score of symptoms aboved in theSCL-90was higher (quartile divide two points),we should diagnosis autism again aftergive psychological guidance to parents of children, combined with auxiliaryexamination so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
