| Objective: The purpose of this study is to assess the changes of systolic functionof left ventricular in patient with single lumen pacemaker and dual-chamber pacemakerwith tissue tracking imaging (TTI)and delayed stent implantation in patients with singlelumen pacemaker and dual-chamber pacemaker.Methods:75patients of the pacemaker,fourty controls,thirty-five patients withsingle lumen pace-maker and fourty patients with dual-chamber pacemaker.We alsocollected the normal control group40cases.Using GEVivid7pro color Dopplerultrasonicdiagnostic apparatus,M3s probe,frequency1.7~3.4MHz,left lateral position,respiratory state of calm,connection synchronized electrocardiogram,collec-ted the standard parasternal long axis view,apical four-chamber section,apicaltwo-chamber section of left ventricularof three consecutive two-dimensional images ofdynamic cycle(frame frequency of100frames/s).Using biplane Simpson measuredLVEF on apical four-chamber section and apical two chamber section of leftventricular.These patients were studied by means of TTI to compared the two groups ofpatients with preoperative and postoperative1week of systolic mitral ring displacementand left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF).Results: Compared with the control group,The Ds and LVEF in patients withsingle lumen pacemaker was significantly decrease after postoperative1week(p<0.05);It is meaningful reduce in patients with dual-chamber groups afterpostoperative1week (p<0.05). Changes of pre-surgery and post-surgery in patientswith single lumen pacemaker were compared, including Ds and LVEF,they aresignificantly reduced (p<0.05), Changes of pre-surgery and post-surgery in patients withdual-chamber pacemaker were compared,including Ds and LVEF,they are significantlyincreased (p<0.05); compared single lumen pacemaker and dual-chamber pacemaker after postoperative1week, the Ds and LVEF in patients with dual-chamber pacemakerare significantly increased (p<0.05);The systolic mitral annular displacement was relateto LVEF(r=0.86,(p<0.01).Conclusion: Issue tracking imaging that has high value in following the patientswith single lumen pacemaker and dual-chamber pacemaker. The model of dual-chamberpacemaker is better than single lumen pacemaker in improve systolic function of leftventricular. |
