Objective:To find out the visual quality of the cataract patients who have corneal astigmatism between1.00D to2.00D in the postoperative implanted conventional spherical intraocular lens and Zero-spherical aberration aspherical intraocular lens,and the relationship between the corneal astigmatism axial and corneal coma,or the cornea clover.Contents:Patients with a certain degree of corneal astigmatism in the preoperative and postoperative implanted respectively Zero-spherical aberration aspheric intraocular lens and spherical intraocular lens. The iTrace was used to measure the MTF in the postoperative and analysis, to understand the patient’s quality of postoperative vision. Collection the topography to analysis the relationship between the corneal astigmatism axial and corneal coma,or the cornea clover.Method:Collected the age-related cataract patients who has a certain degree of corneal astigmatism in the preoperative from April to December2011, divided the patients into2groups:Group1implanted zero spherical aberration aspheric intraocular lens Softec-HD, Group2implanted spherical intraocular lens KS-X. After3months, the cataract patients with corneal astigmatism between1.00D to2.00D used iTrace measure the MTF after dilation, acquisition and analysis the MTF in3mm and5mm pupil diameter. Collection the topography to analysis the relationship between the corneal astigmatism axial and corneal coma,or the cornea clover.Results:The total aberration MTF values of the two groups of patients with intraocular lens were different, but only in the pupil of5mm spatial frequency of30c/d (P=0.001) was statistical significance, the MTF of Softec-HD group is better than the KS-X group. The MTF values after removed astigmatism affect were different between the two groups, in the pupil of3mm pupil spatial frequency of15c/d,25c/d were statistical significance, the spatial frequency in the pupil of5mm were statistically significant.The corneal astigmatism axial and corneal coma,or the cornea clover with no significant correlation.Conelusion:For the patients without corrected1.00D-2.00D astigmatism, implanted Zero-spherical aberration aspheric intraocular lens didn’t improve the patient’s quality of visual spatial frequency in the pupil of3mm, but in the pupil of5mm spatial frequency of30c/d had certain advantages. And when in the case of fully corrected astigmatism,Zero-spherical aberration aspheric intraocular lens only has certain advantages in the pupil of3mm, but in5mm pupil is a distinct advantage. This shows that if the patients with astigmatism and small pupils, no desire to correct astigmatism, select Zero-spherical aberration aspheric intraocular lens may not have the sense to improve the quality of postoperative vision.And,the corneal astigmatism axial and corneal coma,or the cornea clover with no significant correlation.
