ObjectiveComparison that the treatment of uterine fibroids on HIFUA before and after the performance of MRI, explore the factors of the differences in the efficacy of HIFUA. MethodsCollected from the patients in August2011to2013March in our hospital, through the clinical, ultrasound and MRI diagnosis, voluntarily request HIFUA treatment with uterine fibroids, a total of128cases,154uterine fibroids. By retrospective analysis before and after treatment with MRI performance and clinical data, according to its location by uterine fibroids, uterine fibroids blood, size, MRI T2WI signal intensity divided into four groups, observed each group non.perfused volume ratio and Energy-Efficiency Factor of uterine fibroids. Through SPSS17.0statistical software for data analysis, F-test for MRI features and the reactivity of uterine fibroid ablation, p<0.05for the difference was statistically significant. Study on MRI feature of uterine fibroids and the reaction of high-intensity focused ultrasound ablation treatment. Results128patients with154uterine fibroids received one-time HIFUA treatment, non.perfused volume ratio of uterine fibroid was (82.42±15.64)%; Grouped as follows:(1) The non.perfused volume ratio of posterior uterine fibroid with HIFUA treatment was the lowest, the highest energy efficiency factor, the reaction of uterine fibroids position difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).(2) MRI T2WI high signal lower non.perfused volume ratio than MRI T2WI low signal uterine fibroids, energy efficiency factor significantly increased, MRI T2WI high signal uterine fibroid ablation is difficult. MRI T2WI signal difference and ablation treatment difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). (3) The reaction of ablation efficacy between different sizes of uterine fibroids was no significant difference (p>0.05), the greater size of uterine fibroids, the smaller energy efficiency factor.(4) Uterine fibroids enhanced T1signal higher, the non.perfused volume ratio of uterine fibroid is lower, the higher the energy efficiency factor, the reaction of different blood uterine fibroids was statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusion(1) HIFUA treatment of uterine fibroids can achieve sufficient ablation, and no obvious serious complications, its efficacy reactivity with fibroids position blood and MRI T2WI signal strength, and regardless of the size of fibroids.(2) Posterior wall, MRI T1WI enhanced high signal, MRI high signal in T2WI uterine fibroids required energy factor is higher, ablation is difficult; fibroids greater energy efficiency factor is smaller, the unit volume of fibroids complete ablation energy required for the smaller. Energy efficiency factor (EEF) directly reflect the effect of ultrasonic ablation of uterine fibroids, can be used to evaluate the effect of HIFUA reactivity index.
