| [Objective] To investigate the association of serum adipocyte fatty acid binding protein with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in type2diabetes mellitus patients.[Methods] Select63cases of hospitalized patients, male35cases,28cases female, aged35-70(53.0±18) years of age. Through at least7hours night sleep apnea P&D-9900recording instrument monitoring analysis system, analysis to get respiratory disturbance index (AHI). According to respiratory disturbance index, the subjects were divided into normal control group (n=15), type2diabetes group (n=16) and type2diabetes and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome group (n=32).It must be exclusive of coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, acute complications of acute or chronic kidney dysfunction, diabetes and severe lung disease. All selected people need to measure the height, weight, waistline and hip circumference, to calculate the body mass index(BMI)and waist to hip ratio(WHR). To take in the next morning, venous blood assay blood glucose, fasting insulin, blood lipid levels and glycosylated hemoglobin, liver function, renal function, uric acid, the other one tube of blood concentration to Jin Yu testing serum adipocyte fatty acid binding protein. The results of determination were analyzed statistically.[Result] Between the three groups of age, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, BMI, WHR, ALT, AST, BUN, Scr, UA, compared the there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); Between the three groups of TG, TC, HDL, LDL, FINS, FPG,2HPG, HBA1C, HOAM-IR, A-FABP, compared the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05), the TG, FPG, A-FABP serum levels between groups have significant difference (P<0.01); A-FABP serum levels in T2DM group and OS AS and TC, LDL,2HPG and FINS, HBA1C were positively correlated, and AHI, TG, FPG, HOAM-IR was significantly positive correlation, negative correlation with HDL; Multiple regression analysis shows:in the T2DM group TG, FPG, into the equation, the standardized partial regression coefficient were0.337,0.383(Y=-67.3+56.4×TG+11.8×FPG, F=5.317, P<0.05), AHI and TG in T2DM and OSAS group into the equation, the standardized partial regression coefficient were0.346,0.367(Y=-296.7+36.8×AHI+61.1×TG, F=5.391, P<0.01).[Conclusions]①In type2diabetes mellitus among serum A-FABP level obviously higher than normal control group, according to multiple regression analysis is likely to be A-FABP serum level of main influence factors, but did not find A-FABP serum levels and AHI doesn’t exist correlation.②In type2diabetes and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in patients with serum A-FABP is significantly higher than simple type2diabetes group and normal control group, and positively correlated with AHI and TG, AHI, TG, according to multiple regression analysis is likely to be the primary influence factors of serum A-FABP. |
