With the implementationof medicine reform, there will be more than100billion medicine purchasing capacity.All these provide greater space for the development of biological medicine industry.Hefei has the advantage of geography, culture, and development base as well asoutsourcing service, human resources etc. How to catch the policy opportunity andexplore the feasible development pattern suitable for Hefei City and foster neweconomy development point, built product clustering and industry base so as topromote the industry to develop faster, this is an urgent issue. This essay takes the situation of Anhui Hefei Biological Medicine IndustryDevelopment as the case on the new situation of national development of biologicalmedicine.
