| Objective:By establishing a miniature pig model with ultrathin perforator flapand perforator flap; making a comparative study on the blood supplying region ofultrathin perforator flap and perforator flap under the normal vascular morphologywith digital technology; and by making a comparative study of on necrosis area rateof the ultrathin perforator flap and perforator flap. To explore the differences ofnecrosis area rate and the blood supplying region of ultrathin perforator flap andperforator flap.Methods: Choosing10adult healthy miniature Bama pigs as animal models.1ã€Establishing models: left and right abdominal wall were cut as vascular flapaxis vessel after the tracheal intubation anesthesia, which them were designedrandomly into ultrathin perforator flap group and perforator flap group.2ã€Measuring necrosis area rate of two groups: sulfuric acid paper was used tomeasure the necrosis dimension of two groups7days after operation, and the flap ofnecrosis area rate was calculated.3〠Perfusion of experimental animals, CT scanning and three-dimensionalDigital reconstruction: Euthanasia was given to the miniature pigs7days after cutting,used with modified gelatin-suspension carotid a one-time continuous perfusion,which was followed and by angiography, CT scanning, and3D reconstruction,data ofblood-supplying area of the ultrathin perforator flap and perforator flap under normalphysiological state,A comparative study was made after coloring.Results:1ã€Resulted in2hoursã€24hoursã€3daysã€7days after operation,make a visual assessment, the edema of ultrathin perforator flap group was moreserious than the perforator flap group,the edema was the most obvious3days laterand then began to disappear;all flaps survived7days after operation. The necrosisarea rate of ultrathin perforator flap group was (16.62±1.51)%; the necrosis area rateof perforator flap group was (9.71±1.81)%;the former is higher than the later; thedifference between the two groups (P <0.05) was statistically significant. 2〠The distribution cutaneous perforators branch vessel of the ultrathinperforator flap was sparseer than the perforator flap,which was especially was obviousat the edge; the blood supplying area was smaller than perforator flap.Conclusions: Perforator flap thinning of the flap has certain influence on theinner blood supply of the flap; the blood supplying region of ultrathin perforator flapcutaneous perforators is smaller than perforator flap cutaneous perforators; thenecrosis area rate of ultrathin perforator flap is higher than the perforator flap. |
