Objective: The aim of this study was to figure out the relationships between renalartery renal pelvis and calyces form by multi-slice spiral computed tomographymeasurement, and and provide clinical guidance for surgeons. Methods: Patients without kidney disease were recruited. All patients wereexamined abdomen routine and dual-phase scanning by CT (Aquilion16, Tokyo). Weused MPR、MIP and VR to rebuild the graphic model, and observed morpho type ofrenal artery and the renal pelvis. The obtained data using SPSS13.0statisticalsoftware analysis.Results:1. The proportion of segmental renal artery types: I (39.77%), t II (31.38%), III(2.01%), IV (5.20%), V(14.77%), VI (5.20%), VII (0.67%), respectively. Nodifferents were found between bilateral renal artery (χ~2=8.356,P=0.213) no differentof renal artery type between male and female.(χ~2=9.439,P=0.150).2. Among all forms of renal pelvic, the proportion of the branching type wasHighest, trumpet type was the second, that of ampulla type was the third andtransitional type was the lowest. No different were found between the developmentalform of bilateral renal pelvic (χ~2=5.732, P=0.125), and no different of thedevelopmental form were found between male and female (χ~2=19.813,P=0.000).3. Among the types of calyces renales majores, the proportion of the three calyxwas Highest, calyx was the second. No different were found between the types ofbilateral calyces renales majores (χ~2=4.665,P=0.199),and no different of the types ofcalyces renales majores were found between male and female (χ~2=1.644,P=0.649). 4. Among the neck form of calyces renales minores, the proportion of the necktype was Highest there few of no neck type and Half neck type. No different werefound between the neck form of bilateral calyces renales minores (χ~2=0.082,P=0.96).no different of the neck form were found between male and female (χ~2=7.394,P=0.025).5. Among the morpho types of the renal pelvic, the proportion of the intrarenaltype was Highest, interrenal type and central type were less No different were foundbetween the morpho types of the bilateral renal pelvic (χ~2=2.846,P=0.584) nodifferent of morpho types of the renal pelvic were found between male and female(χ~2=13.156,P=0.011).6. Using the Kruskal-Wallis H test for comparing multiple independent samples, there was no significant correlation between the types of segmental renal artery andthe types of calyces renales majores (χ~2=23.808,P=0.161).7. there were no correlation between the types of segmental renal artery and thetypes of renal pelvic (Kruskal-Wallis H test)(χ~2=29.934,P=0.187).8. there were significant correlation between the types of segmental renal arteryand the types of the developmental form of renal pelvic(Kruskal-Wallis H test)(χ~2=60.758,P=0.000).9. there was significant correlation between the types of segmental renal arteryand the types of neck form of calyces renales minores (Kruskal-Wallis H test)(χ~2=22.610,P=0.031).10. Using Spearman rank correlation test, renal artery segment genotyping oftype Ⅰ, Ⅱ type, Ⅳ-, Ⅴ-, Ⅵ type with a large lamp types kidney Both types havesignificant correlation;Typing renal artery segment type Ⅰ Ⅱ and type of renal big threelamp light type are significantly correlated, but no correlation between the two lamptypes;Typing renal artery segment type Ⅶ and renal big lamp types both types arenot correlated.11.Using Spearman rank correlation test, renal artery segments were parting withthe various types of types of each type pelvis position no correlation.12. Using Spearman rank correlation test, renal artery segment parting pelvis development of type Ⅰ and type the branched morphology correlated;Typing renalartery segment types with the rest of the pelvis in developing various types ofmorphological types were not correlated.13.Using Spearman rank correlation test, renal artery segment parting with typeⅣ renal calyx neck shape types without neck type correlated;Renal artery segmentsremaining parting with various types of renal calyx neck of each type ofmorphological types were not correlated.Conclusion:1. The diameter of renal artery starting point was6.625mm, and the diameter ofleft renal artery was Higher than the right, the diameter of male’s renal artery wasHigher than the female.2.50.7%%of the renal artery starting point was arteria lumboabdominalis,41.85%was deviation to the front,7.45%of them was deviation.3.There were few abnormal type of renal artery renal vein and renal pelvis, andit occurred in both renal. Male Had more abnormal types than female, it Happen morein vertical axis than in sagittal axis.4.Type proportion of SRA(from Ⅰto Ⅶ):9.58%,31.94%,91%,6.25%,14.41%,5.21%,0.69%.5.The type of has the correlation with development of the renal pelvis andrenal calyx neck shape. Especially in renal segmental artery, type Ⅲ has significantcorrelation with three types in calyces renales magores.
