Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Posterior Circulation Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of conventional Western Medicine(aspirin and Yida Ruffin injection), Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection Combined withWestern Medicine (aspirin and Yida Ruffin injection) and comprehensive therapy (Salviamiltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection combined with western medicine and given earlyrehabilitation, psychological treatment and health education of comprehensive therapy) forthe treatment of posterior circulation infarction. Methods: Retrospectivly study125casesof posterior circulation cerebral infarction who were treated in internal medicine ofneurology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from2010June to2012.December, the125cases were divided into three groups, Among of them41patients were given conventional western medicine, another42patients were givenDanshen Chuanxiongqin Injection based on routine western medicinein, the remaining42patients were treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection combined with westernmedicine and other comprehensive therapy such as early rehabilitation, psychologicaltreatment and health education.14days later, analyzed and compared the neurologicalfunction defect degree, clinical efficacy (efficiency) of the three groups of patients.Results: the neurological deficit scores of the three groups patients were improve beforeand after treatment, but the difference of degree of improvement was statistically (P<0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate of Salvia the conventional western medicine was70.73%,miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection combined with western medicine group was88.1%, comprehensive therapy group was97.6%. The significant efficiency were46.34%,66.29%and73.80%.For patients with the clinical effect of the three groups, thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Compared the curative effect,thedifference of salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine group and control group, comprehensivetherapy group and control group and Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine group and comprehensive therapy group were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Theeffect of salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection combined with western medicine in thetreatment of posterior circulation cerebral infarction patients were well than only usedwestern medicine to treat posterior circulation cerebral infarction patients, but to carry outcomprehensive treatment of patients can promote the recovery of neurological function,strengthen the clinical efficacy.
