890nm Near Infrared Light Combined With Drug Treatment Of Chronic Prostatitis Clinical Research

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of890nm near infrared light combinedwith drug treatment on chronic Prostatitis.Methods:Select diagnosed70cases of patientswith chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into a control group (n=37) and theexperimental group (33cases).The control group recevied comprehensive treatment ofanti-inflammatory drugs.The experimental group received the treatment and the use of theanti-inflammatory drugs drugs such as890nm near infrared light.All patients befortreatment and after treatment,the U.S.National Institutes of Health Chronic ProstatitisSymptom Index (NIH-CPSI) score,while making reference to the prostatic fluid beforeand after treatment (prostatic fluid white blood cell count/HP),hospitalization time as theefficacy evaluation.Results:Scoring showed that the experiment group patients aftertreatment CPSI total score significantly lower compared with the control group,both withthe significant difference(P<0.05).Prostatic fluid white blood cell count after treatment,theexperimental group patients with prostatic fluid white blood cell count significantlyreduced compared with the control group,both with a significant difference(P<0.05).Above both indicators, There was statistical difference between the twogroups(P<0.05).Hospitalization time,the experiment group compared with the controlgroup significantly reduced,both have significant differences(P<0.05).No adverse eventsin the course of treatment(such as urinary discomfort,hematuria,skin burns,etc).Conclusion:Application890nm near infrared light combiend with drug treatment chronicprostatis is a good method of treatment.This can significantly shorten the course oftreatment,to improve the efficacy and the patients quality of life and have asafe,painless,non-invasive,no side effects,etc.
