Objective:To explore the value of color doppler ultrasonography(CDU) andmagnetic resonance angiography(3D CE-MRA) value of the degree of stenosis andocclusion of lower extremity artery disease of diabetes diagnostic. Methods: Aretrospective analysis of26patients with type2diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patientssimultaneously CDU,3D CE-MRA of the inspection data, with digital subtractionangiography (DSA) as the gold standard, observation and statistics of lower extremityartery diseases of occlusion, stenosis, and calculate the CDU,3D CE-MRA in diagnosis oflower extremity artery disease (diabetes LEAD) the sensitivity, specificity and coincidencerate. Results: Compared with DSA gold standard, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracyrate of CDU were99.4%,95.3%and88.75%respectively. The sensitivity, specificity andaccuracy rate of3D CE-MRA were99.4%,95.2%and91.6%respectively. In order toachieve moderate stenosis lumen (contains moderate) statistics, CDU evaluation ofdiabetic LEAD sensitivity was93.1%, specificity was96.4%;3D CE-MRA evaluation ofdiabetic LEAD sensitivity was98%,specificity was97.6%.3D CE-MRA and CDUshowed no significant difference on the overall rate of lower extremity arterial stenosisand occlusion detection(P>0.05), no significant on mild, moderate stenosis, the positiverate difference(P>0.05), there was significant difference of the positive rate of severestenosis and occlusion(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with DSA, CDU, and3DCE-MRA two have the features of noninvasive, convenient, and easy to diagnose mildstenosis, CDU and3D CE-MRA have no obvious difference, for diagnosis of moderate stenosis above (contain moderate)3d CE-MRA is better than CDU, is a method to checkthe diagnosis of diabetic LEAD. |
