| Objective:To investigate the correlation between three indicators about Low-densitylipoprotein-C(LDL-C)ã€hs-CRP and Monocyte of Percent and the value of diagnosis of CHD patients. To answer the correlation how serious of the coronary artery to those indicators above in the Uygur population in Xinjiang. Methods:101paitents were recruited,To measure the plasma level of LDL-C who undiagnosed CHD patients of Uygur.To determine the content of hs-CRP with Latex immune transmission turbidity. We used flow cytometry methods to measure the percentage of plasma monocyte, all of those patients were accepted CAG. According to the outcome of CAG, patients devided into CHD group and the control group, what’s more, CHD group separate to ACS group and SAP group. Toward to coronary artery disease:single vessel disease group,double-vessel disease,multi-vessel disease,The coronary artery stenosis group is divided into low(50-70%),middle stenosis(75-90%)group and severe stenosis(95-100%)group. Each group of LDL-Cã€hs-CRPã€the percent of plasma monocyte were statistic analyzed. Results:The levels of serum LDL-Cã€hs-CRP and the percentage of monocytes in CHD group were higher than the control group(P<0.01). In comparison with patients with the control group,SAP groupã€ACS group had higher concentrations of serum three indicators. Multi-vessel disease more than two wessel disease and Single-vessel disease of three indicators,what’s more,those condition likely exsit in different coronary artery stenosis groups(P<0.01). Conclusion:Uygur patients with LDL-Cã€hs-CRPã€the percentage of monocytes has closely relationship with the occurrence and development towards CHD, its could react the level of CHD disease and acute situation of heart disesase. |
