Objective:To comprehend the difference of the coronary artery disease combinedwith COPD between the patients with coronary heart disease in patients with serumuric acid, plasma fibrinogen levels and heart function.Method:The clinical data of178patients of CHD in our hospital from January2009to February2012were reviewed, including96patients complicated with COPD(group A),82patients not complicated with COPD (group B). The complications, blood lipid levels, echocardiography, blood coagulation analysis results wereanalyzed.Results:1. There is no significant difference in the level of serum uric acid betweenthe patients with CHD combined with COPD and the patients with CHD only.(P>0.086)。2. The level of plasma fibrinogen in the patients with CHD combined with COPD issignificantly higher than those in the patients with CHD only, and the contrastbetween them makes statistical significance (P<0.002).3. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in leftatrial diameter, interventricular septal thickness, and diastolic diameter of leftventricle, posterior wall thickness of left ventricular, cardiac output and the width ofthe main pulmonary artery (P>0.05). The inner diameter of the aortic sinus, rightventricular diastolic diameter and heart rate was increased significantly in group Acompared with group B (P<0.05), but left ventricular end-systolic volume,end-diastolic volume, left ventricular ejection fraction were significantly decreased(P<0.002).4. The CHD combined with COPD group patients compare with the coronary diseasegroup patients lengthen in APTT, TT, PTR and INR, and difference has the statisticssignificance (P<0.05),but on PT both non-statistics difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.There is no significant impact to patients with coronary heart diseaseon serum uric acid level by Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.2. COPD would elevate plasma Fibrinogen in patients with coronary heart disease.3. The study shows COPD can increase right ventricular volume and decrease theejection fraction in patients with CHD.4. The blood coagulation function in patients of two groups increased than the normal, but perhaps not significantly different between the two groups.
