| Objective Through using functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) technique and international affection picture system, compared the similarities and differences of the brain activation areas between the normal controls and first-onset female major depressive disorders, the stress group and nonstress group respectively. To discuss the pathological mechanism of negative cognitive model in major depressive disorder and the influence of stress factors. Methods Stimulate20female normal controls and33first-onset female major depressive disorders with neutral and negative emotional pictures by functional magnetic resonance imaging. Using SPM8software package which based on MATLAB for data pretreatment, statistical analysis and result display. Using one sample t-test for group analysis and two sample t-test for intergroup analysis.Result1.The average activated brain regions for negative emotional pictures stimulation of the normal controls are bilateral middle temporal gyrus, right inferior temporal gyrus, right middle occipital gyrus, right angular gyrus, left insula, bilateral cerebellum.2.The average activated brain regions for negative emotional pictures stimulation of the major depressive disorders are bilateral middle temporal gyrus, left inferior temporal gyrus, left inferior occipital gyrus, left superior occipital gyrus, bilateral lingual gyrus, fusiform gyrus, left superior frontal gyrus, right precuneus, bilateral angular gyrus, left cerebellum and pons.3.Compared with normal controls, the increased activated areas of brain for negative emotional pictures stimulation of the major depressive disorders are bilateral hippocampus, bilateral precuneus, bilateral posterior cingutate, right angular gyrus, right middle occipital gyrus, right superior temporal gyrus, right insula and right cerebellum. There is no reduced activated areas of brain obviously.4. Compared with the nonstress group, the increased activated areas of brain for negative emotional pictures stimulation of the stress group are bilateral superior temporal gyrus, left middle temporal gyrus, left middle occipital gyrus, left medial frontal gyrus, right inferior frontal gyrus, bilateral precentral gyrus, bilateral postcentral gyrus, middle frontal gyrus, right precuneus, left paracentral lobule, bilateral thalamus, bilateral hippocampus and left cerebellum. There is no reduced activated areas of brain obviously.Conclusion1*/.The major depressive disorders have abnormal activated areas of brain for the negative emotional pictures stimulation. As the result display, compared with normal controls, the increased activated areas of brain for negative emotional pictures stimulation of the major depressive disorders include bilateral hippocampus, precuneus, posterior cingutate, right angular gyrus, middle occipital gyrus, superior temporal gyrus, insula and cerebellum; There is no reduced activated areas of brain. Prompting that the major depressive disorders have enhanced neural response to negative emotional stimulation and negative recognition schedule.2.Compared with the nonstress group, there are many increased activated areas of brain in stree group for negative emotional stimulation. They are bilateral superior temporal gyrus, left middle temporal gyrus, left middle occipital gyrus, left medial frontal gyrus, right inferior frontal gyrus, bilateral precentral gyrus, bilateral postcentral gyrus, middle frontal gyrus, right precuneus, left paracentral lobule, bilateral thalamus, bilateral hippocampus and left cerebellum. Prompting that the stree group which experience more stressful life events may have negative recognition schedule more seriously. |
