| Objective:to study the value of the detection of plasma BNP in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods:in accordance with the standards of design, Select146Patients and healthy subjects. The research objects were divided into four groups,including:38patients with simple acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,42patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive with Pulmonary arterial hypertension,36stabilization patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,30healthy contrats. In accordance with the requirements for the study, detecting the plasma BNP and arterial partial pressure of oxygen, using color Doppler to detect the pulmonary artery pressure at the same time. The PH group patients were divided into three groups:light group, medium group, heavy group.Data was statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0for windows software.Results:1. In comparison, all the groups have no statistical significant difference in age, sex and so on.There was a significant statistical discrepancy between group â… ã€ â…¡ã€â…¢ã€â…£ in terms of the plasma BNP levels and PA O2(P<0.05).The further test, multiple comparison of each two groups showed statistical significant difference between them (P<0.0083),but there was no significant statistical discrepancy in terms of the plasma BNP levels and PA02between groupâ…¢,â…£ (P>0.0083)2. The PH group patients were divided into three groups:light group, medium group, heavy group. There was a significant statistical discrepancy between group light, medium, heavy in terms of the plasma BNP levels and PA02(P<0.05).The further test, multiple comparison of each two groups showed statistical significant difference between them (P<0.0167),but there was no significant statistical discrepancy in terms of the PA O2levels between group lightã€medium (P>0.0167)3.There was a positive correlation between plasma BNP and PASP in patients with Pulmonary arterial hypertension in AECOPD(r=0.929,p=0.000). There was a negative correlation between PA O2and PASP in patients with Pulmonary arterial hypertension in AECOPD(r=-0.34,p=0.028). There was a negative correlation between PA O2and plasma BNP(r=-0.358,p=0.020).Conclusions:1.The levels of plasma BNP in patients of AECOPD was higher than that of Stability COPD and Healthy subjects. there was no significant statistical discrepancy in terms of the plasma BNP levels between the stability COPD and healthy subjects. The levels of plasma BNP in patients of AECOPD with Pulmonary arterial hypertension was higher than that of AECOPD with no PH,There was a significantly relevance between plasma BNP levels and pulmonary artery pressure,This may help us To identify those patients of AECOPD with Pulmonary arterial hypertension. the plasma BNP levels have a very important clinical significance for the diagnosis and assessment of the illness.2. There was a positive correlation between plasma BNP and PASP in patients with Pulmonary arterial hypertension in AECOPD. There was a negative correlation between PA O2and PASP in patients with Pulmonary arterial hypertension in AECOPD. There was also a negative correlation between the levels of the plasma BNP and PA O2in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension in AECOPD.3.The levels of the PA O2in patients of AECOPD was lower than that of the stability COPD,the levels of the PA O2was even more lower in patients of AECOPD with pulmonary arterial hypertension.,there was no significant statistical discrepancy in terms of the levels PA O2between the stability COPD and healthy subjects. The hypoxemia have a important pathophysiological significance in the formation of pulmonary arterial hypertension. |
