Part one FNAB clinical application in the diagnosis of thyroid nodulesObjective Discussion on Clinical Application of FNAB in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Materials andMethods Treatment of120patients with thyroid nodules of physical examination, ultrasound and thyroid function tests, according to the thyroid nodule’s diameter size are divided into>1.0cm group and<1.0cm group.Thyroid nodule FNAB assessment>1.0cm in diameter, thyroid nodule diameter<1.0cm but the FNAB assessment of the risk factors for the line.Results120patients with thyroid nodules underwent FNAB assessment, prompting malignant lesions of35cases,35cases of benign lesions, suspected malignant and failure diagnosis in10cases,3cases of follicular lesions,3cases of follicular neoplasm. The postoperative pathology consistent rate of75%.Conclusion FNAB test in the Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant thyroid nodules are in a simple, easy and high accuracy check method. Part two FNAB United BRAFV600E mutation detection in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules clinical applicationObjective Explore the FNAB joint BRAFV600E mutation detection in clinical application in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Materials and Methods FNAB samples of120patients with thyroid nodules with the human BRAF gene V600E mutation Fluorescence Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) detection.Results Detected26cases of BRAFV600E mutation in35cases of malignant lesions;35patients with benign lesions detected in three cases BRAFV600E mutation;10patients with suspected malignant BRAFV600E mutations detected six cases of undiagnosed disease;3cases of follicular lesions and3cases of filter’s BRAFV600E mutation were not detected in the tumors of foam. FNAB United BRAFv600E mutation detection preoperative diagnostic rate can be increased from75%to90%. For FNAB and BRAFV600E mutation detection were all positive patients with postoperative pathological coincidence rate was100%.Conclusion FNAB United BRAFV600E mutation detection can improve the rate of preoperative diagnosis of thyroid nodules, is an accurate and effective detection method.
