Objective The objective was to analyze the general information, treatmentPrognostic, etc of the Acute Myocardial Infarction patients were, hospitalized during2010?2012,to find out the intrinsic relations and the regularity, to improve thepathogenesis of hospitalized patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction, to cure andcontrol the Acute Myocardial Infarction, then reducing the mortality of AcuteMyocardial Infarction patients. Methods The clinical data of817patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction in ouremergency department from January2010to December2012was retrospectivelyanalyzed. The patients’age, the number of patients in every month and clinical featureswere analyzed and compared. All the patients were divided into four groups accordingthe age: young group (≤40岁)、middle-age group (41~65岁)、elderly group (66~80岁)and senile group (>81岁)。Using SPSS16.0software for statistical, analysis andobtained the corresponding results. Results Of the817Acute Myocardial Infarction patients,618(75..64%) were menand199were women(24.36%), male to female ratio of3.12:1; The age of AcuteMyocardial Infarction were27-96years old(mean73.29士12.80). The elderly and senilegroup with higher morbidity, accounted for74.30%of all cases. And women withhigher mortality, there was found to be statistically significant differences (x~2=6.97,,p=0.01). The incidence of Acute Myocardial Infarction was higher in August> July、 April、January> March than other months. Hypertension> diabetes mellitus andDyslipidemia were important risk factors for Acute Myocardial Infarction patients. There were37.45%of the patients had received therapy of the intravenous thrombolysis andemergency PCI with a total rate of reperfiision therapy as54.10%.Conclusions The incidence of Acute Myocardial Infarction in men was higher thanthat in women, men are the focus group of the prevention and control work. Themorbidity rate of elderly patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction is increased withage, and atypical angina pectoris should be paid more attention in these patients. Theincidence of Acute Myocardial Infarction shows a characteristic rhythm with seasons, which should be considered in the development of preventive concepts.the elderlypatients with AMI have higher incidence of hypertension、diabetes mellitus andDyslipidemia.
