| Objective lower limb ischemia perconditioning intervens SD rats withischemia-reperfusion, to observe the impact of the no-reflow phenomenon and studythe role of the inflammatory response in the no-reflow phenomenon。Methods4-month-oldã€350-450gã€36SD rats were randomly divided into3groups:sham operation group〠IR group and LLIPerC group。 Rats wereanaesthetized with pentobarbital sodium and trachea intubation for assistedbreathing。 After60-min of left anterior descending coronary artery (LADCA)occlusion followed by90-min of reperfusion, Evan’s blue distinguishs betweenischemic area and non-ischemic area, myocardial NR area was measured byThinflavin-Sï¼› myocardial infarct size was measured by TTCï¼› BL-420detectscardiac functionï¼› Tissue sections〠malondialdehyde(MDA)〠IL-6andmyeloperoxidase(MPO) reflect inflammation。Results Hemodynamic parameters〠Myocardial infarct size〠aggregation ofneutrophilsã€IL-6ã€MDA and MPO of LLIPerC and sham groups were significantlyless than IR group(P<0.05),there was different in aggregation of neutrophilsã€myocardial infarct sizeã€NR areaã€IL-6ã€MDA and MPO of LLIPerC and shamgroups(P<0.05)。Conclution LLIPerC group significantly reduce myocardial infarct sizeã€aggregation of neutrophilsã€releasing of IL-6ã€MDA and MPO。LLIPerC producescardioprotection in IR injury by reducing the inflammatory response。... |
