| Research objective:Rat tibia fractures in the upper model is established to observe localinjection of NGF plays and local implanted using glycolic acid-L-lysine-lactic acid, polylactic acid (PLA) composites, beta tricalciumphosphate sustained-release material preparation nerve growth factor andnerve growth factor (PNGF) influence on fracture healing in rats, and tocontrast the slow-release material and nerve growth factor NGF plays rolein the process of fracture healing in rats.Material and method:54healthy male SD rats,2months were randomly divided into model NGFgroups18, PNGF18,18normal control group,3group rats line tibialfractures in the upper right to establish rat tibia fracture model, stickPNGF PNGF group in tibial fracture with inside of the tibialis anteriormuscle, model NGF group once a day on the right side of the gastrocnemiusmuscle note NGF10ug/Kg (including2g) and normal control group once aday on the right side of the gastrocnemius muscle injection capacity, suchas physiological saline, six consecutive weeks, respectively in thefractures of postoperative week2,4weeks,6weeks to be put to deathrow6rats X-ray observation of fracture healing of bone tissue, fractureend HE dyeing, histological staining, ria method of determination of serumOC expression, then observe callus in osteoblast (OB) number。Results:Fractures in the same point in time, after X ray shows callus PNGF groupgeneration, fracture healing was significantly better than the model NGFgroup, were higher than in normal control group (P <0.05). Hematoxylin-eosin staining were observed under, according to the number of OB PNGFgroup was obviously more than model NGF groups were higher than in normalcontrol group.Conclusion:1. Placing PNGF and local injections of OB model NGF can promote ratfracture callus proliferation, improve the level of OC, has promotingeffect on fracture healing.2. Place PNGF to promote fracture healing is better than that of localinjection of NGF plays. |
