| Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis takes in the highest proportion of Scoliosis, and most patients also accompanied by a number of complications, such as the inclination of pelvis which performances for the different length of legs. At present, generally use internal fixed devices to correct the deformity of spine, but only a reasonable use of internal fixation devices and harmony cooperation with the human spine in mechanics can make the operation successful. Therefore, to treat the deformity of spine, it is necessary to have a comprehensive understanding of the basic process of spinal deformity and form a correct understanding of the mechanics of spine and balance. In order to explore the deformity of spine and the law of complications and establish a better understanding of the mechanical properties of the spine, this study is conducted. And it is expected that the researched content and conclusion of this paper will provide some reference data for the correction of the deformity of spine.Reconstructed the three-dimensional model of human skeleton (spine, pelvis and femur) combined with the three-dimensional imaging technology of medical image.First, selected SENSATION64layer multi-slice spiral CT equipment Siemens company and collected the fault data of skeleton of a normal human with DICOM format. Then, repaired and extracted the data by using Mimics and through the coordination with other related software, the three-dimensional finite element model of human skeleton(spine, pelvis and femur) was established which is very close to the real structure. Every part of the skeleton is seen as mechanical parts, so the whole model is similar to the assembly of mechanical parts. Then the mechanical analysis of the model was conducted from a mechanical angel. On this basis, the model is applied to simulate the load of scoliosis and analysis the effect on pelvis. Based on the analysis of the model, obtained the following conclusion:1ã€Scoliosis patients who have the same Cobb angle, the lower the position of top vertebral, the more serious the inclination of pelvis.2ã€While the top vertebra located in the same vertebral, the larger the Cobb angle, the more serious the inclination of pelvis.3ã€When the top vertebra located at the apical vertebral of thoracic and lumbar, the pelvis will rotate due to the effect of compensatory force and when the top vertebral located at the lumbar, the compensatory force is larger.4ã€When the top vertebral located at T8, the lager the Cobb angle, the larger the compensatory force of pelvis.Established the three-dimensional model based on the skeletal data of a normal man not the patients who have already emerged scoliosis, and the structure feature is close to the real bone, thus making it more convenient to observe the process of patients who have emerged the disease. This paper draws some valuable data which is consistent with the patient’s symptoms in the clinical and can provide some reference for the correction surgery of scoliosis from a mechanical point of view. |
