Objective: To investigate the influence of microinflammatory state in ESRD-MHDpatients with LFHD and HFHD.Methods: Forty cases above one years maintenancehemodialysis (MHD) is selected in Xinjiang Province, Urumqi Uygur AutonomousRegion People’s Hospital. Their were randomly divided into two group,LFHD group20cases and HFHD group20cases.Serum levels of IL-6, β2-MG and CRP of two groupspatients after first treatment and after treatment one,two and three months were detectedby sandwich ELISA. Related experiments data had been analyed by SPSS17.0software.Results: Serum levels of IL-6, β2-MG and CRP of two groups MHD patientsbefore treatment were high (P>0.05). Serum levels of IL-6, β2-MG and CRP of LFHDgroups patients after first treatment and after treatment one,two and three months were notobvious decrease(P>0.05). But Serum levels of IL-6, β2-MG and CRP of HFHD groupspatients after first treatment were decrease(P>0.05),after treatment one and two monthswere slightly declined(P>0.05) and after treatment three months were significantlydeclined(P<0.05). Conclusion: Microinflammatory state was subsistent in MHD patients.HFHD may reduce serum levels of IL-6, β2-MG and CRP and improvemicroinflammatory state. HFHD may be superior to LFHD in improvementmicroinflammatory state. Three months treatment was not entirely correctmicroinflammatory state, and might be further observed for a longer time or combine withother treatments.
