| Objective:To investigate the clinical features of complete placenta previa withprevious cesarean section. Methods:191cases of complete placenta previa withprevious cesarean section(RCS group)treated in the First Teaching Hospital ofXinjiang Medical University from2007to2011were retrospectively reviewed andcompared with115cases of complete placenta previa without previous cesarean section(FCS group)at the same time. Results:The RCS group had longer operation time, more pregnancy, cesarean delivery time, postpartum hemorrhage volume, placentaaccreta, uterine atony than FCS group(P<0.05).and Anterior placenta had moreplacenta accrete, postpartum hemorrhage volume, uterine atony than the posterior wallof placenta. The neonatal asphyxia rate of RCS and FCS group had no difference(P>0.05),but partially enclosed operation complications can affect neonatal outcome(P<0.05).Conclusions:complete placenta previa with previous cesarean have moredifficult and dangerous in perioperative treatment,we need to pay more attention tothese cases,at the same time we need to do the prenatal treatment, strictly master theindication of cesarean section, and decrease the rate of cesarean section. |
