Study On The Distribution Of Syndrome Differentiation Of310Cases Of Patients Admitted To Coronary Heart Disease In Elderly Type

Objective:To study the distributing rules of the types of syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the Elderly Patients with Coronary Artery Disease is. Methods:To choose over65old of310patients who fit the diagnostic criterias of west and Traditional Chinese Medicine as study objects, with comprehensive analysis by the four examination methods to carry out dialectical grouping, and to collect sex, years of age, case history, and to detect D-Dimer, blood fat on the time of visiting or the first three days to be in hospital.Results:l.Patients male and female average age difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);2.there were discrimination among with the eight types on the D-Dimer(X2=31.878,P=0.000);3. there were discrimination among with the eight types on the patient sex(X2=27.633,P=0.000).Conclusion:There were increasing tendency on the dialectical grouping and develping tendency from the sthenia syndrome to the deficient syndrome with the develping of the courses of Elderly Patients with Coronary Artery Disease;the addition tendence of D-Dimer can explain the internal cause of Elderly Patients with Coronary Artery Disease to some extent.The pathological changes of stagnation of blood were present in the developing courses from the sthenia syndrome to the deficient syndrome.
