The Application And Research Of Cloud Resource Scheduling Technology In Regional Healthcare Information Platform

Confrontedwith the problems of magnanimity and redundancy, dispersion and heterogeneousness,complexity of handling, lack of security and so on of medical data, the traditionalmanagement of medical information has become powerless. However, the cloudcomputing just comes in time, and brings hope to the informationization of regionalmedical treatment and public health, which is right now full of all kinds of problems.The cloud computing provides excellent technical support to the establishment ofinformation platforms of regional medical treatment and public health, likeall-purpose card, medical insurance, clinical decision support, electronic health record,public health and so forth, which in turn enormously promotes the development of theinformationization of regional medical treatment and public health. The informationplatform of regional medical treatment and public health relying on cloud computingtechnology can break through the obstacles among different equipments andapplications and realize completely the sharing of medical resources and information.In a word, medical information brings infinite hope to the rapid development of theinformationization of regional medical treatment and public health.At present the information construction of large medical groups have graduallyentered the consolidation phase, and maintained a steady pace of development;information construction of small and medium-sized medical groups will enter aphase of rapid development in the next few years; informationization of regionalmedical treatment and public health presents the trend of accelerated development. The informationization of regional medical treatment and public health is thedirection of informationization of medical treatment and public health, itsconstruction is based on demand for traction, information technology as a means todrive change in the mode of regional medical services, so as to achieve the sharingand effective use of medical resources. In this paper, a research forcloud resources management, cloud resources scheduling strategy and cloud resourcesload balancing algorithm in the regional healthcare information platform, and acloud-based resources management, resources scheduling and resources loadbalancing design is proposed. The design for Tsingtao regional healthcare informationplatform, can achieve fast management and scheduling for platform data centerresources, so medical resources of a large number of different sources and informationprovided in an efficient way to different users, including medical personnel all thenecessary medical information and the associated web sites links, to improve thecapacity of services of healthcare center services. At the same time, the design forfurther realize the Tsingtao urban areas within the medical and health institutions at alllevels between the exchange and sharing of data pave the technology way.
