| Objective:To Research the Inhibition of Human gastric cancer SGC-7901cells anddrug-resistance cell strain in Vitro by Diosbulbin B.Methods:Induce human gastric cancer cell line SGCï¼7901by drug concentrationincremental method,and set up its drug-resistance cell line of cis-platinum,5-fu andadriamycin amycin respectively. Test the proliferation inhibition ratio of Diosbulbin B toSGCï¼7901,SGCï¼7901/cis-platinum SGCï¼7901/5-Fu and SGCï¼7901/adriamycinamycin applying MTT method, at the meantime,test whether C influence the proliferationinhibition ratio of cis-platinum,5-Fu and adriamycin amycin to their corresponding SGCï¼7901drug-resistance cell strain.Result: Diosbulbin B showed an effect of concentration dependent anti-proliferationwithin the scope of certainly concentration range to human gastric cancer cell line SGCï¼7901(P<0.05); Samely,Diosbulbin B showed same effect within the scope of certainlyconcentration range to cis-platinum,5-Fu and adriamycin amycin drug-resistance cell strain ofhuman gastric cancer cell line SGCï¼7901(P<0.05);Diosbulbin B can markedly increaseproliferation inhibition ratio of cis-platinum,5-Fu and adriamycin amycin to theircorresponding SGCï¼7901drug-resistance cell strain.Conclusion:Diosbulbin B has obvious anti-proliferative effect on human gastric cancercell line SGCï¼7901in vitro; Whether the human gastric cancer cell line SGCï¼7901hasdrug resistance effect on cis-platinum,5-Fu and adriamycin amycin or not will not influencethe anti-proliferative effect of Diosbulbin B to them.Diosbulbin B can prompt SGCï¼7901drug resistance cell strain appearing reversing drug-resistance,and can obviously increase theanti-proliferative effect of cis-platinum,5-Fu and adriamycin amycin to their correspondingSGCï¼7901drug-resistance cell strain. |
