| With the rapid development and progress of analytical science and technology, theproblems in pharmaceutical analysis field are growing, in particular, more types of samples isemerging, the complexity of samples is higher and the levels of target drug is lower, whichobservably increased the difficulty of sample preparation. The traditional sample preparationmethod such as Soxhlet extraction, precipitation separation, and liquid-liquid extraction couldnot meet the requirements of current application. In recent years, various sample preparationtechnologies were developed. Adsorbent materials are the core of such technologies, therefore, the development of new adsorbent materials has been becoming a new focus of research. Inthis paper, a new carbon nanomaterials, graphene, was chosen as object of the research. Thepreparation of graphene was modified and designed a new application mode, graphene-pipettetip solid-phase extraction device, to exert the advantage of its unique structure. Subsequently, the graphene-pipette tip solid-phase extraction device has been applied to the pretreatment ofdifferent samples.Chapter one, the properties and application of graphene in sample pretreatment hasbeen introduced in detail, then briefly analyzing the current research status.Chapter two, graphene has been used as adsorbent to assemble graphene-pipette tipsolid-phase extraction device, and then it was used to extract of sulfanilamide drugs fromenvironment water.Chapter three, the preparation process of graphene has been modified, by combinedwith graphene-pipette tip solid-phase extraction, an new method for the determination ofsulfanilamide drugs in milk samples has been developed.Chapter four, to further expand the application of the presented method in biologicalsamples, a method to determine indometacin and acemetacin in urine sample was established. |
