| BACKGROUNDOsteoarthritis (osteoarthritis, OA) is a common chronic disease whichis the joint inflammatory lesions caused by inflammation, infection,trauma, or other factors,it belongs to rheumatic diseases. OA patients inChina are estimated100million or more, and the number is increasing.According to statistics, half of Chinese people over the age of50,65haveOA. Most of OA is caused because of knee joint illness, pain andrestricted movement of americans associated with knee OA, age of55to64more than13%.More than17%is65to65years old. The social burdenof OA is related with the present form of the spread of OA. It is estimatedthat between25and75Americans, a clinical signs of OA symptomsaccounted for12.1%. Increased along with the age increase, the incidenceof symptomatic OA, coupled with the symptoms of OA improve treatmentis not completely, thereby increasing the overall economic burden of OA.The treatment of OA lacks of effective means of mainly symptomaticto relieve patients’ pain. Main means to have surgery and drug therapy,surgical treatment carries a risk of infection, and drug therapy can relieve pain has no good effect on cartilage degeneration. Hospitalized patientswith main purpose is to fully control the pain and joint maximumprotection function and reduce morbidity, and the pain is the mostcommon osteoarthritis patients seek medical help. Both can relieve painand, therefore, can delay the degeneration and promote the repair ofarticular cartilage becomes the key to treatment. Choose a suitable way totreat arthritis, to relieve symptoms, delay the degeneration of articularcartilage, improve patient’s quality of life, to explore a more effectivetreatment of arthritis, is the urgent desire of many arthritis sufferers, butalso clinical research hotspot nowadays.Ultrasonic drug penetration therapy as a new delivery way becomeshot spots, for our treatment of OA, provides a new treatment. And then choose theappropriate ultrasonic irradiation of rabbit knee joint parameters,ultrasonic percutaneous penetration of glucosamine sulfate treatment ofrabbit knee osteoarthritis treatment effect is analyzed.PURPOSE1. Histological examination of articular cartilage mankin score, A〠B two groups were significantly higher than group C (P <0.01); GroupA is significantly higher than that of group B is also (P <0.01).3. Group B of the concentration of hyaluronic acid was significant higherthan group A (P <0.01).CONCLUSIONS1. Glucosamine sulfate could not through the skin,1.0MHz ultrasoundirradiation for more than5min, glucosamine sulfate can through rabbitskin, through and through rate increases with the increase of time,through and through rate all increase with the increase of dopeconcentration, different parts of the skin thickness changes do notsignificantly affect the ultrasonic auxiliary effect of glucosaminesulfate solution.2. glucosamine sulfate ultrasonic penetration therapy to inhibit articularcartilage degeneration of the effect is better than that of ultrasonicirradiation.3. Ultrasonic percutaneous penetration glucosamine sulfate can be used asa treatment for osteoarthritis of articular cartilage degeneration of theeffective methods. |
