Application Of Pupil Dynamic Measuring Method In Patients With Hypertension

Objective To verify the diagnostic value whether the essentialhypertension（EH） patient have anxiety disorders（AD）Methods Randomly selected in our hospital for treatment of56hypertension patients, obtain the consent then get the patient’s video forpatient pupil, input the data into computer. Then use the Hamilton AnxietyScale (HAMA) for anxiety assessment of patients, according to the testscore after measuring divided patient into two groups, group A as noanxiety group, group B as the anxiety group, B group was divided into light,medium, severe anxiety subgroup, respectively represented by B1, B2, B3.analyse these data.Results There are55.36%patients with hypertension patients have anxiety,Diameter were positively related to anxiety and pupil.Conclusions1.The incidence of anxiety is55.36.2. It is feasible and objective to diagnosis of anxiety using thepupil dynamic measuring method.
