Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics and therapyexperience of patients with pandemic H1Nl Influenza.Method: We conducted a retrospective study on the clinicalcharacteristics,therapy experience andefficacy of the27hospitalizedpatients with H1N1influenza via investgating the complete clinical data.Result: Of the27patients we studied,9(33.3ï¼…) patients weremild,15(55.6ï¼…) were serious and3(11.1ï¼…) were more serious. most ofthem had underlying disease and immunosuppression disorders.Severepatients showed“flu—like syndromeâ€at early stage, their symptomsprogressed rapidly。Then they were given assisted ventilation because ofdyspnea and respiratory failure.The length of stay and fever time wereshorter in combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and westernmedicine group than those in osehamivir treated group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Underlying disease and immunosuppression disorders arethe high risk factors for severe influenza. For serious patients, Early diagnosis and early treatment would reduce complications.Chinesemedicine with western medicine group than those in osehamivir treatedgroup. |
