Clinical Study Of Red Light Therapy Combined With Chinese Medicine Sitz In Prevention And Treatment Of Postoperative Complications Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective: To observe the effects of red light therapy instrument irradiation combinedwith traditional Chinese medicine Sophora flavescens Decoction fumigation sitz batheffect in preventing edema, pain, anal bulge complications prevention and treatment ofpostoperative mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:mixed hemorrhoid will meet the standard Milligan-Morganhemorrhoidectomy60postoperative patients were randomly divided into2groups,30cases in the control group, the treatment group of30cases. To patients in the control groupafter first days, only for Kushen Decoction fumigation bath treatment; to patients in thetreatment group after first days, give Kushen Decoction fumigation sitz bath treatment, atthe same time to red light therapy instrument irradiation; observe and record variations intwo groups of patients with edema, postoperative pain, anal swelling, wound healing thetime difference between the two groups, the clinical curative effect, the control effectevaluation.Results: after the treatment, the two groups of patients with postoperative pain,edema, anal bulge integral comparison, through statistical treatment the treatment group,than in the control group (p<0.05), the difference was statistically significant; comparedtwo groups of patients with postoperative edema, pain, anal swelling subsided time andwound healing time, by t test (p<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: the red light therapy instrument irradiation combined with traditionalChinese medicine Kushen Decoction fumigation sitz bath treatment of mixed hemorrhoidsMilligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy in the prevention of postoperative anal edema, pain, anal bulge complications curative effect, effect is better than pure Kushen Decoctionfumigation sitz bath.
