The Study On TCM Characteirstics Of CKD2-4Stages Of Pneuma Water And Blood Syndrome

Objective:The study of the chronic kidney disease2-4stages in TCM syndromedistribution characteristics of pneum,blood and water provides the theory basis for theTCM clinical treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and delay the progress of chronickidney disease.Methods:Through the way of clinical retrospective investigation and questionnairesurvey, collecting120cases of chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients general data, usingcluster analysis method to analyze data, and research to explore the TCM syndromes ofchronic kidney disease (CKD) characteristics.Results: This study collected120cases of chronic kidney disease (CKD) patientsmedical records information, through the clustering analysis method to analyzeit.According to the results:The main symptoms of CKD2are fatigue (80%), eyelid edema(72.5%), edema of lower limbs (70%), lumbar acid (65%), deficiency of vital energy(62.5%), lumbago (60%);The main symptoms of CKD3are Waist acid (67.5%), fatigue(62.5%), nocturia increased (62.5%)，backache (57.5%), eyelid edema (55%), urine bubble(52.5%), lower extremity edema (50.0%), sallow complexion (47.5%), lip cyanosis(47.5%), deficiency of vital energy (47.5%);The main symptoms of CKD4are Waist acid(77.5%), fatigue (77.5%), eyelid edema (75%),deficiency of vital energy (72.5%),lumbago(67.5%), bubble urine (65%), lip cyanosis(60%), swollen limbs (55%), nausea (52.5%),urine frequency (50%), eyelid pallor(45%).Conclusion: The survey results indicate that the TCM Characteristics Of CKD2-4stages of pneuma water and blood syndrome:the mainly symptoms of CKD2period aredeficiency of vital energy and wateriness,also water dampness syndromes;the mainlysymptoms of CKD3period are water dampness syndromes,also deficiency of vital energy and blood deficiency syndrome;the mainly symptoms of CKD4period are deficiency ofvital energy,blood deficiency syndrome,syndrome of blood stasis and amp stagnancypathogen syndrome.
