| Objective：This study aimed to observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of coronaryheart disease stable angina with the Xinweisan and discuss on its mechanism of actionPreliminarily.Methods：60cases of patients with coronary heart disease stable angina wererandomly divided into experimental group (30cases) and control group (30cases). Theexperimental group was with Xinweisan and the control group with routine westernmedicine treatment. To observe the results after four weeks.Results：The total angina effective rate is83.3%in experiment group and63.3%incontrol group. The comparison of the two groups has statistic significance(P＜0.05),theexperiment group shows better than that in control group; the total effective rate of thesymptoms on traditional Chinese medicine is90.0%,60.0%(P＜0.01); ECG totaleffective rate is70.0%,43.3%; two groups have remarkable difference(P＜0.05).Conclusions：Xinweisan obtains the good curative effect in the treatment of coronaryheart disease caused by spleen and stomach disorders. It can greatly improve the clinicalsymptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and electrocardiogram. It has higher clinicalvalue. |
