Effective Ingredients’ Dynamic Analysis And Transsections’ Difference Of Five Ligustriim L. Fruits

Objective: According to the changing of quality standard of Ligustrumlucidum Ait. in Chinese pharmacopoeia, printed in2010, I performed acluster of experiments to analyze five Ligustrum L. fruits in theirpacking time(three months), which based on Specnuezhenide, Oleanolicacid and Ursolic acid to expound the change law of three effectiveingredients and certify where they reside. To make the permanentmicroscope slides of five fruits and to observe their similarities anddisparities.Methods: Picking Ligustrum L. fruits in downtown Jinan: Ligustrumlucidum Ait.is from Pearl Spring Park; Ligustrum japonicum Thumb. andLigustrum vicaryi L. are from Changqing campus of Shandong University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine; Ligustrum quihoui Carr. is from Jingshiroad campus of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine;Ligustrum sinense Lour. is from Spring City Park. To separate the seedand seedcase from fruits and determine the Specnuezhenide, Oleanic acidand Ursolic acid in five fruits by HPLC. The optimal condition ofseparation in Specnuezhenide was achieved on the Kromasil C18(4.6mm×250mm，5μm) column with gradient elution of20%acetonitrile-water ata flow-rate of1.0mL.min-1, the column temperature was set at25°C andthe wavelength of detector was254nm; The optimal condition of separation in Oleanic acid and Ursolic acid was achieved on the MerckHibar lichrospher sorbent lot NO：59139333(4.6mm×250mm，5μm)column with gradient elution of89%methanol-water (containing0.02%triethylamine and0.03%glacial acetic acid) at a flow-rate of1.0mL.min-1, the column temperature was set at30°C and the wave Length ofdetector was215nm. To make the permanent microscope slides of fivefruits.Results:1. According to the experiment dates, we can see: Ligustrumjaponicum Thumb. and Ligustrum sinense Lour. are up to the mark ofChinese pharmacopoeia, printed in2010; but others cannot meet thestandards.2. The Specnuezhenide mainly resides in the seeds andOleanolic acid and Ursolic acid reside in the seedcase by and large.3.Looking insight into the changing rules of effective ingredients of fivefruits in their picking time.4. Through the research of pharmacognostics,I found a lignified endocarp in Ligustrum lucidum Ait., Ligustrumjaponicum Thumb. and Ligustrum quihoui Carr., but there is no similarityin Ligustrum vicaryi L. and Ligustrum sinense Lour..
