The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Tonifying Kidney And Resolving Phlegm And Removing Blood Stasis Method To Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Kidney Deficiency And Phlegm Dampness And Blood Stasis Type

Objective.To observe the clinical effects of the method of tonifying the kidney, resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis in treating PCOS with phlegm and blood-stasis and kidney-deficiency type,and exploring its mechanism of action,with a view to providing more evidence-based TCM treatment of PCOS,searching for more effective therapies.Methods:Selecting eligible for inclusion in the standard of phlegm and blood-stasis and kidney-deficiency of30cases of PCOS,to adopt the self-control method,to self-made by tonifying the kidney,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis to base permits addition and subtraction on the treatment,treatment for3months in a row,compared the improvement before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms,signs,and sex hormones,B ultrasonic,BBT and so on.Results:①This study discovered that PCOS frequently hanppened in reproductive females,between the ages of25.13±3.79years,the course is long, generally in the range of25.47±14.30months.②adopting the method of tonifying the kidney, resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis to treat30cases of PCOS patients with phlegm and blood-stasis and kidney-deficiency type,2cases were recovered,11cases were markedly effective,15cases were effective,2cases were invalid,the total efficiency was93.33%.③The symptoms of patients were markedly improved after treatment, integration of TCM syndromes has significant difference compared to before treatment (P<0.01).④fter treatment,BMI is lower than before,the performances of hairy and acne has done better than the former,differences are very significant(P<0.01).⑤after treatment,the serum levels of T,LH,FSH,LH/FSH was declined than before by retesting,T has a significant difference (P<0.05),LH, LH/FSH has the extremely significant difference (P<0.01),E2has elevated,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).⑥fter treatment,B ultrasonic prompts that the average of ovarian volume was reduced,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).⑦When they do not take medicine, the30patients all have no signs of ovulation, after taking traditional Chinese medicine for3months, in18cases BBT show bipolar, suggesting the ovulation signs, including16cases of double phase is not typical,2cases of typical,the FuPai rate was60%.⑧Neither of the patients made adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:The method of tonifying the kidney,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis worked well on treating PCOS with phlegm and blood-stasis,kidney-deficiency type,especially in patients with obesity,and(or)Kaohsiung hormone,it can obviously improve the patient’s symptoms and signs, increase E2, descend the of blood T,LH,the LH/FSH tends to be normal, regulate the endocrine disorder,restore the normal morphology of ovary and ovulation function. Clinical application of this method serves to protect the patient’s health, especially reproductive health,with a view to seeking better treatments for PCOS.
