Objective:The purpose of this paper is to study bronchial asthma based on literature, Analysis and evaluation of pre-and post-treatment lung function and Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire in patients with bronchial asthma Quality of Life was done through applications of strengthening earth to general metal theory.Methods:60patients with bronchial asthma subjects randomized, controlled study methods, to meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria, in accordance with the ratio of1:1were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group,30cases in each group. The control group subjects inhaled salbutamol sulphate aerosol demand. Conscious patients with asthma aggravated unable to tolerate respirable spray/daily use no more than four times the12weeks of treatment. Treatment group on the basis of the control group, the use of the earth the golden needle acupuncture intervention, after12weeks of treatment, the two groups of subjects before and after treatment PEF accounted predicted percentage of bronchial asthma quality of life questionnaire (AQLQ) indicators changes in the efficacy evaluation.Results:PEF percent of two groups predicted value percentage than before treatment were significantly decreased compared with before treatment, after the non-parametric Wilcoxon test can be seen differences between the before and the after treatment(P<0.05); After treatment and two groups of difference independently by the non-parametricthe sample MW inspection, differences (P<0.05), and analyzed by the statistical analysis of the results, the treatment group and the control group can effectively improve ventilatory function in patients, but the treatment group than the control group; by the end of the treatment AQLQ score than before treatment increased, but the comparison between the two was not statistically significant (P>0.05); one month to three months after treatment, after treatment statistical analysis can be seen between the two groups AQLQ scores between the end of the treatment, an increase in the test group compared with the control group, AQLQ differences was statistically significant (P<0.05), the test could significantly improve the quality of life of patients with bronchial asthma.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture points of the strengthening earth to generate metal improve air circulation function in the lungs of bronchial asthma patients.2.
