Objective:the double tubular insert artificial lacrimal duct surgery and tearsnasolacrimal duct stent implantation in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis diseaseclinical curative effect observation, to explore double small pipe insert artificial tearstears surgery advantage in clinical application and popularization value. Methods: collected in August to December2012, Beijing eye hospital outpatientclinic and hospital treatment of chronic dacryocystitis patients76cases (102eyes), inaccordance with the operation into two groups, two small pipe insert artificial tearssurgery group (group A)42cases (58eyes), nasolacrimal duct stent implantation group(B group)34cases (44eyes). group A has the double tube type artificial lacrimal ductsurgery, and postoperative routine of lacrimal duct flushing for seven days, afterlacrimal duct flushing regularly.After3months to extubation, postoperativeanti-inflammatory eye drops points for A week. Group B in nasolacrimal duct stentimplantation under local anesthesia, postoperative routine of lacrimal duct flushing forseven days, after lacrimal duct flushing regularly, anti-inflammatory eye drops pointsfor a week. Follow-up of1to4months, an average of2.32months. Outcome: use flushlacrimal duct clean or not and overflow tears in patients with symptoms improve the asa curative effect judgment standard. Cure: when cleaning without resistance, andpatients consciousness and epiphora had disappeared. Improvement: flushing resistancefeeling difficult, nasal cavity has a little mouth rinses. Consciously tears spill in patientswith symptoms, but not completely disappear. Failed: no rinse mouth when the nasalcavity flushing fluid flow, since the original lacrimal point on the road or theregurgitation, consciously tears spill in patients with no better or worse. UsingSPSS17.0software for statistical analysis, two groups of curative effect using squared inspection. The statistical analysis with P <0.05as statistically significant significance. Results: two groups of patients were followed up for1month to3months, anaverage of2.32months. Group A cured38eyes, improvement in14eyes, invalid6eye,the cure rate was93.51%. Group B to cure21eyes, improvement in8eyes, invalid in5eyes, the cure rate was76.59%. Cure rate after statistical analysis of similar between thetwo groups was statistically significant (χ2=7.43, P <0.05). In some patients with pain, but are tolerated. Postoperative1week a few patients with nasal have hemorrhagicsecretions, did not do special treatment. Conclusion: double tubular insert artificial lacrimal duct surgery and tearsnasolacrimal duct stent implantation on treatment of chronic dacryocystitis were goodcurative effect. According to the comparison of two groups of the cure rate, that smallpipe insert artificial tears tears surgery for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis isbetter, and is worth popularizing in clinic widely, is one of the ideal means of therapyfor chronic dacryocystitis.
