Objective To evaluate the clinical value of320-detector row CT one-stop scanning in acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods Selected60cases with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease in Jilin Central Hospital from April2010to December2012.The patients were divided into cerebral infarction group(N=35) and TIA group(N=25).All cases was examined by320-detector row CT one-stop scanning. The parameters of CTA angiography and CT perfusion imaging were analyzed. The patients of cerebral infarction were divided in to reversible and irreversible groups. The symptom persist duration was less than24h or CBF higher than50%as the reversible cerebral infarction. The symptoms persist for more than24hours or when the CBF lower than50%as the irreversible cerebral infarction. According to the imaging classification standard, the35cases of cerebral infarction were divided into Ⅰ~Ⅲ stages.Results1) The value of rCBV, rCBF and MTT was no statistical difference, but the value of TTP was significant differences(p<0.01) between sick and health sides in TIA group. The value of rCBF was no differences, but the value of rCBV was significant difference(p<0.01) between irreversible and reversible groups in the cerebral infarction patients.2) The parameter values of rCBV, rCBF, TTP and MTT was no difference between sick and health sides in Ⅱ and Ⅲ stages of basal nuclei area in patients with cerebral infarction. The values of rCBV, rCBF, TTP and MTT was significant difference (P<0.05) between sick and health sides in Ⅱ and Ⅲ stages of cortical area in patients with cerebral infarction.Conclusions320slice volume CT cerebral one-stop scanning can accurate in detecting the angiography states of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and has important diagnostic value for the acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
