| ObjectiveThe survey explores the related factors and the distribution pattern of TCM syndromes of the infertile women with anxiety or depression,through observing the clinical data of investigation and analysis of the results。It provides some references to the emotional therapy targeted for clinical applications and Chinese clinical differentiation of the infertile women with anxiety or depression.MethodsCollect infertile women from March2011to February2013in the traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Sichuan Province, and fill in uniformly the "General demographic information"ã€"the table of TCM symptoms"ã€"self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)"ã€"Self-rating depression sale (SDS)", then analyze and process the acquired data by Spss17.0statistical software.Results1. In148patients, there are67patients with anxiety or depression disorder, accounting for45.27%of total number,and there are81patients without emotional disorder,accounting for54.27%of total number. In emotional disorder group, there were34cases of anxiety,accounting for 22.97%of the total number, and58cases of depression, accounting for39.19%of the total number.In the infertile women with emotional disorder,mild depression accounted for the largest percentage (68.66%).followed by the mild anxiety (40.30%) and the moderate depression(14.93%), but moderate anxiety (5.97%), severe anxiety (4.48%) and major depression (2.99%), the proportions were small.2. As the growth of the age,anxiety and depression scores rise increasingly; Along with the increasing length of infertility and the extension of infertility treatment, anxiety and depression scores of the Infertile women were gradually increasing; In the cultural level, compared with college graduate or above and high-school group of infertile women, junior high school education group had higher significantly scores in terms of anxiety and depression score comparison; In the comparison of anxiety and depression score, there were significant differences between the infertile women who had accepted vitro fertilization-embryo transfer treatment and who hadn’t. For the people who had accepted vitro fertilization-embryo transfer treatment, anxiety and depression scores were significantly elevated.3. In TCM syndrome type distribution of the67infertile women with anxiety or depression, Liver depression syndrome occupied the largest proportion, and it’s31cases (46.27%); followed by kidney deficiency syndrome(35.82%).. damp-heat syndrome(7.46%)ã€blood-stasis syndrome (5.97%) and phlegm-damp syndrome(4.48%).Conclusion1.Ageã€duration of infertilityã€duration of infertility treatment degree of educationã€profession and whether to accept treatment of vitro fertilization and embryo transfer technique(IVF-ET) are the natural factors of infertility,and they have related with the occurrence of the anxiety or depression。2. In the infertility women with anxiety or depression, liver stagnation syndrome is the most syndrome in the TCM syndromes,followed by kidney deficiency syndrome, damp-heat syndrome, blood-stasis syndrome and phlegm-damp syndrome。... |
