Clinical Evaluation Of SecondaryPulmonary Tuberculosis Treated By Li KongdingAnti-tuberculosis Fang Combined With FDC

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis treated by Li Kong ding anti-tuberculosis fang combined with FDC. and establish the foundation of new multi-drug to treat pulmonary tuberculosisMethods:80patients were randomly divided into control group(40cases) and experimental group(40cases),Control group treated with tuberculosis Standard treatment of western medicine (WM), while treatment group were added anti-tuberculosis fang. Analyze the symptoms of two groups before and after treatment (cough, sputum, chest pain, fever, night sweat, anorexia, fatigue etc.),the symptoms were scored according to the evaluation standards, combined with sputum smear, chest X-ray or CT, blood routine, liver and kidney function, blood uric acid, side effects and so on, evaluate the clinical efficacy of the empirical formula. Results:The patients’ gender, age, height, weight, duration in both group were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). one month after treatment, recovery rate of treatment group (52.5%) was significantly higher than the control group (30%);2months after treatment, there was no statistical significance in sputum negativity rate in two groups;3months after treatment, lesions obvious absorption rates of experimental group(55%) was higher than the control group (32.5%), hole shrinking proportion experimental group (76.5%) was higher than the control group (33.4%).1month and3months after treatment,the transaminase levels of experimental group and control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).l month after treatment, renal function and blood uric acid in both group were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Blood creatinine and uric acid in experimental group was lower than that control group (P<0.05). Compared abnormal liver, gastrointestinal side effects with both group, the test group were less than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Anti-tuberculosis fang combined with FDC is a effective method to treat the secondary pulmonary tuberculosis with lower adverse reaction rate, it is necessary to develop and spread this method in clinic.
