Clinical Study On Effect Of Intervention Of Coronary Heart Disease Patients After Coronary Stent Implantation,by Used Of FuZheng TongMai Fang

Ob jective:Observe Fu Zheng Tong Mai Fang intervention in patients with coronary artery disease after coronary stent implantation the clinical curative effect and security, and discussed its mechanism of action,to reduce the ISR after coronary stent implantation to explore a valuable security way.Methods:Put into the standard of43patients were randomly divided into treatment group22cases, control group21cases, by used the random number table method. Both given conventional western medicine treatment, on this basis, combined with the former Fu Zheng Tong Mai Fang, Observation time is a week before and after treatment, a month, three month,six month, and after one years follow-up. Observe the two groups after treatment rate of RS, angina symptoms and TCM syndrome integralandcurative effect, cardiov-ascular events, blood lipid changes and adverse reactions etc, and statistical analysis.Results:1、Clinical curative effect evaluation(1)main indicators:According to narrow the number of cases and count the comparison, ISR treatment group were lower than the control group, two groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.01).(2) secondary indicators:Treatment group from a month after treatment can significantly improve the symptoms of angina and TCM syndrome integral, Comparison between groups had significant difference (P<0.05orP<0.05). Angina pectoris symptom curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group, The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). But the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group curative effect particularly improvement(P<0.01). one years later,the treatment group were significantly improve the symptoms of angina and TCM syndrome (P<0.01). Blood fat circumstance evaluation,both of them(TC TG LDL-C HDL-C)were obviously improved than before treatment(P<0.01/P<0.05). Compare two groups TC, TG, LDL-C, the former is superior to the latter, The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compare two groups of HDL-C, no statistical significance(P>0.05).(3)Cardiovascular events:The treatment group angina recurrence rates significantly lower than the control group,compared to exist significant difference (P<0.05). Both was recurrent myocardial infarction, sudden death of coronary heart disease, blood vessels, revascularization and adverse vascular events such as ischemic cerebral apoplexy.2、The safety evaluation:Treatment group slightly optimal security, and not seen in both liver and kidney function and the three conventional dysplasia and other serious adverse eventsConclusion: FuZhengTongMaiFang can further decrease the rate of coronary artery disease after coronary stent implantation of IRS, can significantly reduce the recurrence of angina pectoris patients, alleviate symptom, obviously improve the TCM syndrome and blood lipid metabolism, and safe.
