| ObjectiveObservations from the "theory of menstruation disorders" is a new theory, used the Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of regulate the menstrual function JieYu soup from the clinical curative effect of polycystic ovary syndrome.MethodsGiving patients included in the standard, to regulate the menstrual function JieYu tonga subtraction treatment for3months, observed and recorded before and after the treatment of patients with menstrual cycle, menstrual quantity, acne, hairy, body weight, BMI, luteinizing hormone (LH), foll icle-stimulating hormone (FSH), LH/FSH, serum free testosterone (FT), P and E2. Analysis used SPSS17.0statistical to data processing.Results1.54cases clinical observer, the youngest is15years old, the maximum is37years old, at an average age of24.96years,15to25incidence ratio is higher, the proportion is66.67%.2.6cases recovered after treatment,18cases had marked effect,21effective, ineffective9cases, the total effective rate was83.33%, and patients with fertility requirements, there are3cases of infertility patients with pregnancy.3. Compared with before treatment,28cases of patients with basic returned to normal menstrual cycle, menstrual cycle has shortened, the rest of the patients and gradually returns to normal. BMIã€F-Gã€FSH, LH, LH/FSH and FT are decreased after treatment, P and E2higher after treatment than before treatment. LH, LH/FSH compared before and after treatment had significant difference (P<0.01), BMIã€F-Gã€FSH, E2, and FT compared before and after treatment there was no difference (P>0.05). ConclusionStarting from the theory of menstruation disorder, the soup of regulate the menstrual function XieYu the treatment of PCOS can gradually restore menstruation state of physiological function, which can improve the menstrual cycle, clinical symptoms, to restore endocrine function also to have certain curative effect, but is at the early stage of cubic, and needs further research and promotion. |
