Analysis Of Clinical Characteristics Of108Cases Of Drug-induced Liver Disease

Objective:By analyzing the characteristics of patients with DILD,deepen the cognition of clinicians on the disease,and to provide basis for further study of DILD.Methods:108cases from July2007to June2012period inherent in our hospitaltreatment of patients with drug-induced liver screening. Record the patient’s gender, age,place of residence, past history, personal history, suspicious medication history,incubation period, clinical manifestations, inspection and examination results wereanalyzed retrospectively.Results:The number of DILD is increasing year by year.All patients with a male tofemale ratio of1.00:1.04.Distribution of89.81%of the cases in the20to70age range,an average of49.39±15.82years old.DILD patients living in rural areas are63,DILDpatients living in the city area of45people.69%of patients in the incubation period inthe range of5to90days.Hospitalization time of patients with DILD in about21days.The cause of DILD involving various types of drugs,including traditional Chinesemedicine and western medicine,health tonic.Chinese medicine and anti-TB drugs is amajor cause of DILD.The clinical symptoms of patients with DILD is mainly fatigue,anorexia,jaundice.On the basis of liver function test results of classification of patientswith DILD,liver cell injury in45cases,13cases of cholestatic patients, there were50cases of mixed type.Among different clinical types of DILD causative drugscross.Patients with DILD after treatment,82cases were cured,9cases improved,15cases healed, and2deaths.Severe DILD occupies a ratio of4.63%, only1patient improved.Gender, age factor has no effect on DILD prognosis.Liver cell injury andmixed drugs in patients with liver disease prognosis, cholestatic DILD in patients withpoor prognosis.The causes are traditional Chinese medicine and antituberculosis drugscompared to patients with drug-induced liver disease.Chinese medicine group theaverage age of patients is low, mostly women.Anti-TB drugs in patients males.ChineseMedicines cases a longer incubation period.The two groups of patients with clinicaltype distribution ratio, treatment and prognosis were no difference.Conclusions: DILD is increasing year by year.The incidence in the elderly crowd.DILD incubation period in the range of5to90days.The main causative drugsfor DILD is a traditional Chinese medicine and anti-TB drugs.The clinical symptoms of DILD is similar to the general acute and chronic liver disease, non-specific, mainly fatigue, anorexia, jaundice.The overall DILD prognosis is good.Severe DILD in patients with poor prognosis.Gender, age factor has no effect on theprognosis of DILD.Liver cell injury and mixed drugs in patients with liver disease prognosis, cholestatic DILD in patients with poor prognosis.
