| Objective: To observe liang xue qing li decoction clinical efficacy in the treatment ofacute eczema. Analysis of common allergens in eczema patients. and to explore themechanism of liang xue qing li decoction in treating acute eczema. Methods: ClinicalResearch:60patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group,two groups of30patients in each in vitro allergy testing on patients when first diagnosed.Treatment group orally liang xue qing li decoction, twice a day; control group oralflavescens piece, each4pieces,3times a day. In both groups have leakage, erosion,external use xiao fan powder cold compresses. Both groups had been given4weekscourse, observed in patients with itching, lesion morphology, lesion area integral change.Experimental study: inflammation of mouse auricle swelling model respectively and inmice licking foot response model, the randomized, respectively by gastric liang xue qing lidecoction, flavescens piece, serum physiological saline. observe the mouse ear swellingand foot itch threshold. Results: the treatment way recovery rate53.3%, total effective rate93.3%; Control group cure rate23.3%, total effective rate was70.0%. Comparing groupcure rate and total effective rate have significant difference (P <0.05), treatment groupcurative effect is better than the control group. Through in vitro allergen test in patientswith inhalation allergen is higher positive rate of house dust mites, dust mites, foodallergens positive rate was higher for crabs. Experimental studies have shown that liangxue qing li decoction significantly inhibitde the mouse ear swelling, reduced the role of themouse dorsal foot itching. Conclusion: liang xue qing li decoction has the reliable efficacyfor acute eczema, and which has obvious anti delayed type hypersensitivity andantipruritic effect. |
