Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Both Qi And Yin Deficiency Type Of Atrial Fibrillation By Nouirshing Qi And Yin Method

Objectives:To observe qi and the curative effect of treatment of both qi and Yindeficiency type of atrial fibrillation and to explore its mechanism Materials and methods：Select60patients with atrial fibrillation （Both qi and Yin deficiency syndrome）.Adoptthe method of randomization into treatment group and control group，each group30people.Treatment group was given after qi soup of arteries and veins.Control group givenshensong yangxin capsule1.2g three times a day，8weeks as a course oftreatment.Respectively in detect before and after treatment in patients with generalcondition， blood in urine and stool routine， liver and kidney function， dynamicelectrocardiogram，blood plasma NT-proBNP，heart colour to exceed，left atrial diameter(LAD)， left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)， changes in patients withsymptoms.During taking medicine, regular observation of traditional Chinese medicinesymptom improvement situation, respectively adopt the method of rank integral and text,and finally make statistical processing. Results: After taking qi soup of arteries and veins，treatment group compared with the control group24hours average ventricular rate slowedsignificantly, which shows significant differences (P <0.05).Plasma NT-proBNP levelsdecreased, which shows significant differences (P <0.05).Left atrial diameter with noobvious improvement than before treatment (P>0.05).Cardiac function improved intreatment group compared with the control group with significant difference (P <0.05)Conclusion: qi after pulse soup treatment long-term permanent and persistent atrialfibrillation is able to control the ventricular rate，prevent blood clots and improves cardiacfunction in patients.
